AI and Automation Operations Associate

As an AI and Automation Operations Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing customer and marketing operations, automating core business operations, and contributing to a more efficient and compliant workflow within Wahed's UK region. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact while working closely with the UK Region Head to address challenges and drive innovation. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze customer experience (CX) ticket data to identify recurring pain points and develop automated solutions to improve response quality and speed. - Automate the aggregation and review of marketing metrics, competitor campaign analysis, and content topic research to enhance team productivity and campaign effectiveness. - Develop and maintain automated scripts and workflows for routine data tasks, including compliance reporting, internal client reporting, and daily reconciliations. - Build and manage dashboards for regional KPIs, providing actionable insights to leadership in real-time. - Design and implement automated workflows for compliance alerts review and streamlining KYC/AML decision-making processes. - Identify and eliminate friction points in compliance procedures to enhance client experience without compromising rigor. Qualifications Required: - 2-4 years of experience in an analytical, operations, or automation-focused role. - Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and experience with SQL for data extraction and analysis. - Hands-on experience with Google Apps Script for process automation within the Google Workspace ecosystem. - Ability to utilize low-code/no-code automation platforms (e.g., n8n, Zapier) for system integration and efficient workflows. - Practical experience in leveraging AI/LLMs for complex reasoning, data analysis, or decision-making tools. - Familiarity with data visualization and analytics tools such as Metabase, MixPanel, Segment, and Google Analytics.
