QUANTAE AI builds service-based tech solutions for pharma teams (marketing, ops, HR). We create practical automation workflows and AI assistants that save time, improve execution, and integrate with existing tools (CRM, email, WhatsApp, Sheets, etc.).

What you’ll work on

You will build and deploy AI-powered automations (“AI agents”) using for internal and client-facing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build workflow automations in n8n using triggers, nodes, and reusable templates
• Integrate tools via REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party connectors (Google Sheets, Gmail, Slack, Notion, HubSpot, etc.)
• Connect LLMs (ChatGPT/OpenAI or similar) to workflows for tasks like summarization, content drafts, classification, routing, FAQs
• Implement reliable execution: error handling, retries, fallbacks, logs, alerts
• Create simple dashboards/reports (Sheets/Airtable/DB) for workflow outcomes
• Document flows clearly so the team can reuse and scale them
• Assist in deployment (cloud/self-hosted n8n basics) and environment setup

Must-have skills (we’ll shortlist on this)

• Hands-on experience with n8n (built at least 3 workflows)
• Comfortable with APIs: HTTP methods, JSON, headers, query params
• Understanding of webhooks and event triggers
• Authentication basics: API keys and at least one of (OAuth2 / JWT / basic auth)
• Good debugging mindset (can trace why a workflow failed)

Good-to-have (bonus points)

• Basic JavaScript for n8n Function/Code nodes
• LLM basics: prompt writing, structured outputs (JSON), tool/function calling concept
• Working with databases: Airtable / Postgres / Supabase / Firebase (any one)
• Experience integrating WhatsApp (official providers), CRMs, or email automation
• Familiarity with RAG / vector DB concepts (nice-to-have, not required)
