You’ll work closely with AI researchers, product engineers, and domain experts to build, evaluate, and deploy explainable, privacy-preserving AI agents for mission-critical financial applications. Key Responsibilities * Assist in training and fine-tuning LLMs (including open-source models like Mistral, Falcon, and LLaMA). * Support development of vernacular NLP pipelines using tools like Hugging Face, spaCy, and LangChain. * Work on federated learning, model fingerprinting, and compliance-aware training workflows. * Run benchmarks, ablation studies, and contribute to improving model robustness and fairness. * Collaborate cross-functionally to support integration of models into real-world banking/fintech use cases.
