Role Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Electrical Solar Design Engineer for our Ahmedabad office. This is a full-time, on-site role. The candidate will be responsible for designing LT/MV/HV solar systems, PV system designs, and electrical systems for solar installations. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to solar industry design, engineering, and implementation. Key Responsibilities· Design LT/MV/HV solar systems and PV system layouts. · Prepare electrical designs and documentation for solar power projects. · Perform load calculations, cable sizing, protection, and grounding design. · Utilize modeling and simulation software to prepare solar project designs. · Collaborate with project teams to ensure design accuracy and timely implementation. · Support in preparation of technical reports, drawings, and BOQs. · Ensure compliance with relevant standards, codes, and project specifications. Qualifications & Skills· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. · Expertise in Solar Power Systems and PV Design. · Hands-on experience in electrical design for solar installations. · Proficiency in solar design software and simulation tools (e.g., PVsyst, AutoCAD, Helioscope, ETAP, etc.). · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. · Ability to work effectively in a team environment. · Good communication and reporting skills.
