🧾 Job Summary: The Agriculture Field Sales Officer is responsible for driving sales of agricultural products such as seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, and equipment by engaging directly with farmers, retailers, and dealers. This role includes field visits, product promotion, market development, and building strong farmer relationships to support sustainable agriculture and company growth. ✅ Key Responsibilities: Conduct regular field visits to meet farmers, retailers, and distributors. Promote and sell agricultural inputs (e.g., seeds, fertilizers, pesticides). Provide product demonstrations and technical support to farmers. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Conduct farmer meetings, field days, and training programs. Collect market intelligence on competitor products and pricing. Build and maintain a strong distribution network in the assigned territory. Submit daily/weekly reports and feedback to the Area Sales Manager. Ensure proper branding and visibility at retail points. 🎓 Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Agriculture / Agribusiness / Life Sciences or related field. 1–3 years of experience in agriculture sales preferred (freshers can apply). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong knowledge of local farming practices and crops. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
