As a TDS Executive at AGSM Group, you will be stationed at the clients site, focusing on monthly TDS audits and Income Tax compliance . This role demands accuracy, strong analytical skills, and an eye for detail. Key Responsibilities: Conduct monthly TDS audits and ensure compliance with Income Tax regulations. Review expenses, invoices, and related documentation for accurate TDS withholding. Reconcile monthly TDS liabilities with books of accounts. Prepare and maintain TDS reports for management and audit purposes. Support in routine TDS-related compliance activities. Coordinate with internal teams and clients for smooth execution of compliance tasks. Desired Candidate Profile Education: Graduate in Commerce / CA Drop-out (preferred specialization in Finance/Accounting). Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience in the Income Tax TDS field. Skills: Strong knowledge of Income Tax & TDS regulations . Proficiency in MS-Excel, Outlook, and Teams (ability to handle and analyze large datasets). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Previous experience in Income Tax/TDS compliance is highly desirable.
