Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to promote and grow our Orthopaedic and Dermatology product lines. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales, a strong understanding of the healthcare landscape, and the ability to build lasting relationships with healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities Sales Responsibilities:Promote and sell Orthopaedic and Dermatology products to hospitals, clinics, doctors (orthopaedists, dermatologists), and chemists/pharmacies. Achieve and exceed sales targets for the assigned territory or region. Conduct regular field visits to meet doctors and key decision-makers. Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market trends. Ensure product availability and visibility in retail and hospital channels. Collect and report customer feedback, complaints, and suggestions. Marketing Responsibilities: Assist in planning and executing marketing strategies and promotional activities for product launches and ongoing campaigns. Organize and participate in CME programs, medical conferences, product demos, and promotional events. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop educational and promotional materials (brochures, leave-behinds, digital content). Support digital marketing initiatives and customer engagement via online platforms. Provide input on pricing strategies, product positioning, and market development plans.
