Agronomist

You should have a M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Agronomy along with 5-8 years of experience in agronomy research and application. Additionally, you must possess strong communication skills, adapt observational skills, and a comprehensive understanding of agricultural disciplines. As a part of your responsibilities, you will be required to coordinate and analyze research findings across all agricultural disciplines. It will be crucial for you to identify priority research areas and develop significant Agri-inputs. Your strong knowledge in biostimulants, biological control, irrigation, soil science, and bioherbicides will be utilized to transform research findings into practical solutions for the farming community. You will also lead research in sustainable crop cultivation techniques, considering the impact of soil, climate, and economic/environmental sustainability. This is a full-time position and a Master's degree is preferred for this role. A total work experience of 2 years is also preferred, and proficiency in English is an added advantage.,
