Sales Executive Responsibilities:- Sales & Revenue Generation Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. Identify new business opportunities (wholesale, retail, horeca, or export). Upsell and cross-sell spice products to existing clients. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, restaurants, and supermarkets. Handle client queries and resolve complaints promptly. Market Research & Competitor Analysis Monitor trends in the spice market (e.g., demand for organic, premium, or ethnic blends). Study competitor products, pricing, and marketing strategies. Product Knowledge & Promotion Educate clients about product benefits, sourcing, and quality. Participate in trade shows, food expos, and tasting events. Order Management & Reporting Manage the sales pipeline and follow up on leads. Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports for management. Coordinate with logistics for timely delivery.
