Role Description This is an on-site, full-time role based in Jaipur for a Sales Employee at Agriwise Finserv Ltd. The responsibilities include identifying and engaging with potential customers within the agricultural sector, managing client relationships, achieving sales targets, and promoting financial products tailored to the needs of farmers and agricultural businesses. The employee will be actively involved in understanding client requirements, providing financial solutions, and collaborating with other teams to drive business growth. Qualifications Proven skills in Sales and Client Relationship Management Ability to understand agricultural finance products and their applications Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in market research and data analysis to identify potential opportunities Experience in the financial or agricultural sector is highly beneficial Knowledge of regional markets and the ability to build rapport with diverse clients Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Agriculture, or a related field Self-motivated professional with organizational and time-management skills
