Role Objective We are looking for a strategic, hands-on Marketing Head to scale our marketing function, partnering with sales and leadership to drive brand awareness, generate qualified leads and ensure smooth project delivery. You will take full ownership of our marketing systems, CRM and reporting, overseeing staffing, knowledge management and opportunity tracking while bridging the gap between marketing and sales, mentoring future team members and delivering results. The ideal candidate combines a big-picture strategic outlook with get-things-done leadership. Key Responsibilities/Functions Recruit and structure your team; optimise marketing, CRM and project workflows. Set and track lead-gen, conversion and CPL targets; run weekly reviews and report ROI. Attain hands-on expertise in greenhouse, climate-control and cultivation tech for targeted messaging. Lead internal/external research on markets, prospects and competitors with sales. Execute SEO, blog writing, Google Search & Display, Facebook/Instagram ads and organic social content. Coordinate and follow up on trade-show participation with the on-field team. Leverage metrics to mentor teams, allocate budgets and reassign resources. Identify creative marketing ideas, prioritise and execute them. Oversee materials, documentation, image libraries, award submissions and other ad-hoc duties.
