About us

Renexio Energy is a clean energy company focused on building sustainable solutions like BioCNG from organic and agricultural waste. Our BioCNG plant at Siddipet aims to transform waste into energy while supporting local ecosystems.

We are looking for responsible and proactive interns who can coordinate and engage with farmers, local authorities, and administrative bodies. This is a ground-level operations role where you’ll learn the real-time functioning of renewable energy projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with farmers in local regions to build trust and promote collaboration.
• Onboard new farmers into Renexio’s ecosystem.
• Represent Renexio in villages, agricultural meetings, and community events.
• Attend structured training programs and apply strategies in the field.
• Gather farmer insights and feedback and submit regular field reports.

Requirements:

• Need to attend agriculture training provided by company and get it replicated through farmers.
• Forecasting company demand and engaging farmers for growing Napier grass and collection of agricultural Residues like Paddy Straw
• Will be responsible for procuring produce from farmers on a daily basis for production of BioCNG
• Familiarity with agricultural practices, crops, and seasonal cycles.
• Local language fluency and ability to communicate with farmers effectively.
