Role & responsibilities Learn and follow established production steps and optimize production processes to improve efficiency and output of bulk volumes. Streamline and manage raw materials, lab instruments, and daily lab operations. Conduct quality control tests on bioformulations and microbial agents at various production stages. Maintain the seed cultures, prepare the inoculum for production batches. Additionally, Preparation and sterilization of culture media and reagents. Autoclaving of water, labwares, carriers. Packaging of production batches and storage, maintenance of in- and out records of materials and products. Get cleaned and preparing the fermenters for next production batch. Required Qualifications: M.Sc. in Agriculture , Botany , Microbiology , or Biotechnology Desirable Specialization: Plant Pathology Bioprocess Technology Fermentation Technology Plant Biotechnology Agricultural Microbiology Biofertilizers and some experience of working in a Production/ Research lab.
