• BSc Agriculture /any gradution
• Basic knowledge of Agriculture
• preferred Marathi language
• 0-1 years of experience, Freshers Can also Apply

Responsibilities and Duties

Suitable Candidate will

• Providing telephonic advisory services to farmers on various aspects of crop management, pest control, soil health, and best agricultural practices.
• Utilizing your in-depth knowledge of farming inputs to recommend suitable products and solutions to address farmers’ needs and challenges.
• Actively engaging with farmers to understand their requirements and preferences, and offering personalized recommendations to enhance their agricultural operations.
• Effectively communicating product features, benefits, and usage guidelines to farmers, to drive sales and maximize customer satisfaction.
• Proactively following up with customers post-sales to ensure their needs are met, gathering feedback, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products.
• Collaborating with the sales team to achieve targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
• Continuously updating your knowledge of agricultural products, market trends, and sales techniques through training programs and self-improvement initiatives.
