Minimum qualifications: - Possess a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Finance, Business, a related field, or have equivalent practical experience. - Have a minimum of 4 years of experience in multi-disciplined procurement, leading strategy development, execution, and sourcing, or a related function. Alternatively, hold a related advanced degree. - Demonstrated experience in manual and online running of Request for Information (RFIs) and Request for Proposal (RFPs). Preferred qualifications: - At least 4 years of experience in contract management or related procurement roles, overseeing the entire contract life-cycle or procurement operations. - Proven experience in managing contracting functions, ensuring alignment with organizational standards. - Familiarity with contract management software to enhance management processes. - Experience in collaborating with legal teams or external counsel for agreement drafting and review, and supporting agreement negotiations, terms clarification, and issue resolution. - Ability in developing standardized processes and workflows for contract management and understanding contract management principles.
