The Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing schedules, organizing meetings, handling correspondence, and performing various office tasks to ensure smooth operations. The Assistant will also be involved in coordinating with different departments and handling data entry tasks. Qualifications Strong organizational and time management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Team player with the ability to work independently Previous experience in an administrative or assistant role is preferred High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus
