The Store Incharge will be responsible for overseeing daily operations within the store, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets. Tasks include managing inventory, supervising staff, implementing retail loss prevention measures, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. The Store Incharge will also address customer inquiries and complaints, aiming to provide an excellent customer service experience. Qualifications Experience in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Communication skills Strong Store Management skills, including inventory management and staff supervision Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention techniques Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred Previous experience in a retail management role is beneficial
