Hey all, We are recruiting BIM Engineer (MEP) for Chennai location. No of vacancies :2 Experience:- 3 to 5 years · Set up Revit MEP projects using established project templates. · Create precise MEP models in Revit, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project BIM Execution Plan. · Working experience in international projects is desirable such as regions like UK, US, Canada and Middle East. · Knowledge of multidisciplinary and multiregional project to comply with the relevant CAD/BIM Standard · Capable to prepare LOD 300,350, 400 and LOD 500 stage of work. · Knowledge of ISO19650 / BS1192 / PAS1192-2 · Interpret design drawings based on written and verbal instructions from design engineers. · Manage files effectively, including posting models, downloading updates, handling links, and maintaining version history. · Collaborate with other trades, attend coordination meetings, and produce necessary reports. · Assist in identifying and resolving clashes in coordination models. · Develop detailed field installation drawings and fabrication drawings. · Work independently and take proactive initiative. · Offer technical support for ongoing projects and field services. · Coordinate and prepare as-built models and drawings for record-keeping. · Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD). · Having experience in working in AECOsim/OpenBuildings Designer or MicroStation software will be an advantage.
