As a Technical Channel Sales Manager at our company, your role is crucial in managing and driving the market share within the SME segment. Your primary goal is to attain market leadership in the territory allocated to you. You will be responsible for driving growth in Fixed line, IOT, and Cloud revenues market share while adhering to budget, timescales, policy guidelines, and regulatory norms. Key Responsibilities: - Implement sales strategies to grow unique acquisitions in FLV, FLD, IOT, and Cloud penetration - Develop channel engagement and loyalty strategies - Drive FLX growth in SME business within the allocated territory - Increase unique acquisition count through new accounts and deeper penetration in existing accounts - Plan and drive sales of FLD, FLV, and data products through channel partner teams - Set goals and targets for acquisition and retention, monitoring team performance - Develop and motivate channel partners, provide training and coaching to the team Qualifications Required: - Continuous learning and empowering talent - Building team commitment - Leading decision-making and delivering results - Building strategic relationships and organizational agility - Analytical thinking - Technical sales capability - Strong implementation skills - Strong commercial skills - Knowledge of Telecom technologies and solutions In this role, you will be responsible for achieving FLX growth targets and increasing market share in the SME Business Segment in the allocated territory. You will also oversee channel ROI and drive a customer-focused approach to increase market share. Effective implementation of processes, feasibility portals, and MIS within the channel partner is essential for success. Key Performance Indicators: - FLX acquisition numbers and revenue growth - Market-share growth - Customer satisfaction - Order booking for FLX - Maintain healthy delivery to collection ratio - Increase cross-selling to boost non-mobility penetration - Meet revenue targets of Cloud, FLX, and IOT Experience: - 3-5 years of experience, with at least 2-3 years in managerial positions managing channel sales teams and technical sales Must Have Technical/Professional Qualifications: - Essential: Channel Sales Experience in related domain/industry, technical sales capability with products like Toll Free, Lease Lines, Gsuit, O365 - Desired: MBA from a reputed Institute Join us in this challenging and rewarding opportunity to drive growth and market leadership in the SME segment through effective channel sales strategies and team management.
