AGM- Quality & Process training.

Description Of Role:

Assistant General Manager will be responsible for overseeing and driving the organization's quality strategy, ensuring that products, services, and processes meet both internal standards and external regulatory requirements. This role goes beyond operational QA to include strategic planning, people management, compliance, organization level initiatives and continuous improvement. Also responsible for overseeing an Process learning and development (L&D) efforts. This role ensures employees at operation and quality level are well equipped with the required knowledge, skills, and competencies required to perform their roles effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead and manage quality assurance (QA), quality control (QC), and/or compliance teams.
  • Set objectives and KPIs for quality teams; monitor performance and provide coaching.

Training Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive training strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Identify organizational training needs through training needs Identification(TNA).
  • Design an annual training calendar and roadmap.

Key Skills and Competencies

  • Deep understanding of quality frameworks (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma, TQM).
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making.
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards relevant to industry.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to evaluate and demonstrate training effectiveness and ROI
  • Proficiency with QMS tools, audit systems, and reporting platforms

Required skills:

  • Desire for knowledge/attitude to learn
  • Experience in Multi Specialty coding
  • Good communication skills
  • Good reasoning and Analytical skill
  • Knowledge of MS office
  • Team Handling and interpersonal skills.
