AGM - OPERATIONS (GARMENT FACTORY)

As an Assistant General Manager of Operations at a garment factory in Erode, you will be responsible for managing all factory operations to ensure profitability. Your key responsibilities will include: - Implementing Industrial Engineering (IE) concepts to optimize factory processes - Setting clear goals for safety, customer experience, and productivity - Overseeing production flow and implementing new processes for efficiency and growth - Coordinating with marketing and merchandising teams for order status and product costing - Handling production issues and reviewing production, material, and machinery planning - Reducing manufacturing costs and ensuring quality products with minimal alternation and repair costs - Monitoring daily production targets and motivating employees to enhance their knowledge - Facilitating smooth information and material flow between departments and resolving interdepartmental issues Qualifications: - Graduation in Apparel, Fashion, Textile, or related fields - 12+ years of total work experience, with 10 years preferred This is a full-time, permanent position that requires in-person work at the factory location.
