Position: (AGM / GM ) Accounting Finance Role: AGM / GM Accounting Finance Industry Type: Ecommerce/Startup/Agritech Department: Finance Accounting Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Role Category: Accounting Taxation Education - CA mandatory with minimum 5 years of post-qualifications experience Working days : 5.5 days a week Interview Process : Online interview/F2F round of interview. Job Description : Handling finance functions, designing implementing system, day to day accounting, policies and procedures. Supervision of junior staff in their day to day working and checking of data prepared/compiled by them in response to notices issued by various Government Authorities like Income Tax and GST. Knowledge of accounting principles standards, concepts and techniques of auditing and accounting and consolidation of financial statements. Working knowledge of Companies Acts, Direct and Indirect Taxation like TDS, Tax Audit, GST Return, GST Refund Working knowledge of FEMA guidelines, ROC, trademark act etc. Should be able to draft/review general agreements on day to day basis. Ability to multitask with analysing and interpreting financial data, Ratio analysis, cash flow Ability to prepare monthly MIS, comparison with Budgets variance analysis. Well versed with Working Capital Management. Must have worked with BIG4 S and Capable to handle Statutory, Internal and Tax Audit should have sufficient Knowledge of Direct and Indirect Taxes. Monthly closing of books and preparation of various MIS reports. Must have strong control over inventory movement, Inventory accounting and controls. Dealing with Banks for day-to-day banking transactions. Responsible for handling of all Direct and indirect Tax related matters. Capable to motivate others and must carry leadership qualities. Must carry good inter-personal skills with positive attitude and strong negotiation skills. Should have excellent Communication skills
