Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in the Kolkata Area. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new leads, reaching out to potential customer through cold calls and emails, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. The role involves conducting market research/data, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the marketing and product development teams to meet sales targets. Daily tasks include new leads, order management co-ordination and follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales goals. Qualifications Strong sales and negotiation skills Ability to conduct market research and analysis through third party tools Reaching out to potential lead through calls and email along with tracking Proficiency in preparing and presenting sales reports Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong relationship management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Open to travelling to client locations Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field Experience in the plastics or packaging industry (optional)
