Role & responsibilities The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of acquiring new clients, managing those accounts end-to-end, and consistently generating job requirements from active clients. Identify potential clients (Direct clients, MSPs, VMS) and generate qualified leads. Drive outbound outreach including cold calling, email and LinkedIn to identify/connect with business heads. Build and maintain strong relationships with newly acquired clients by understanding their hiring needs and ensuring consistent engagement. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to onboarding and account management. Preferred candidate profile Proven track record of bringing new clients and generating consistent job requirements. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong experience in cold calling, LinkedIn prospecting, and email outreach. Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts effectively.
