As a ServiceNow Developer at our Gurugram location, you will be the technical expert and go-to person for ServiceNow development, supporting consulting processes for business operations. You will manage both RUN and CHANGE operations, collaborating with local and global ServiceNow development teams to provide platform solutions such as ITSM, ITOM, SPM, SAM, and UX. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and owning technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform, ensuring compatibility, robust code, security compliance, and adhering to development standards and corporate guidelines. You will interact with business stakeholders, operate and support implemented solutions, and work in an Agile manner to translate requirements into working solutions. Your technical skills should include expertise in ServiceNow development topics such as business rules, data policies, client scripts, UI policies, UI Actions, Notifications, ACLs, Workflow, Variables, Portal Widgets, Flow Designer, Scoped Applications, and Performance Analytics. Additionally, you should have demonstrable experience in database design schemas, data modeling, Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), Software Asset Management (SAM), and CSDM/CMDB implementation. Proficiency in web technologies like JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AJAX, XML, ITIL processes, and enterprise-grade ServiceNow know-how is essential. A background in Computer/Electronics Engineering or Graduation, along with certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), and training in PPM is required. ITIL Foundation, Prince2 Foundation, and ServiceNow certifications are desirable. With 6-8 years of overall experience and 5-6 years of relevant experience, you should possess soft skills like strong service orientation, effective communication in English, critical thinking, solution-oriented approach, independence, and intercultural experience, especially with Germany.,
