As a member of the team responsible for maintaining and supporting agile products, your key responsibilities will include: - Supporting application changes that may impact existing functionalities and processes, as well as implementing new features as required. - Ensuring the maintenance and upgrading of the product tech stack to keep it up-to-date and effective. - Providing solutions or workarounds for any issues related to existing functionalities, and offering guidance on how to use different features. - Conducting testing and managing the release process to ensure the quality and reliability of the product. - Participating in user training sessions to help them make the most of the product. - Offering audit and security review support to maintain the integrity and safety of the product. To excel in this role, you should be well-versed in agile ways of working and have experience using common tools such as JIRA and Confluence. Additionally, you should have at least 5 years of experience working with various language stacks, with a focus on ReactJS and NodeJS. Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and architectures, particularly AWS, Azure, or GCP, will be beneficial. You should also possess broad-based knowledge of custom (primarily web) application development and demonstrate expertise in web and mobile application architectures and concepts, including security and microservices.,
