Job Description

Role Overview: As an Agentic Architect at Capgemini, you will play a crucial role in leading the design and deployment of AgenticAI-powered architectures across various domains. Your focus will be on enabling autonomous, intelligent systems that drive talent agility, commercial velocity, and operational excellence. You will work closely with blueprint owners, product teams, and engineering to ensure the fidelity and robustness of architectural frameworks. Key Responsibilities: - Architect and operationalize AgenticAI frameworks aligned with Hire to Retire Lifecycle (HRL), Quote to Revenue (Q2R), and Recruit to Contract (REC) transformation goals. - Design scalable and modular agentic systems that seamlessly integrate with HCM, CRM, and contract lifecycle platforms. - Lead the development of multi-agent systems for autonomous talent onboarding, quote configuration, and contract orchestration. - Drive innovation in agentic workflows across talent lifecycle, revenue generation, and contract management. - Mentor architects and engineering teams on agentic design principles, reusable patterns, and best practices. Qualifications Required: - 15+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, AI systems design, or digital transformation. - Deep expertise in AgenticAI, LLM orchestration, and autonomous agent frameworks. - Proven experience in architecting solutions across HRL, Q2R, and REC domains. - Strong understanding of blueprint methodologies, especially BP_IPO frameworks. - Proficiency in cloud-native architectures, API ecosystems, and AI/ML stacks.
