Agentic AI Automation Lead

As an AI Automation Engineer at our company, you will play a crucial role in leading the design, development, and deployment of autonomous AI agents that are pivotal in driving intelligent automation across enterprise systems. Your expertise in automation frameworks will be combined with cutting-edge advancements in agentic AI to deliver scalable, adaptive, and goal-driven automation solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Architect and implement agentic AI systems capable of autonomous decision making and task execution. - Integrate AI agents with enterprise automation platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, and Power Automate. - Design multi-agent workflows for complex business processes using LLMs, RPA, and orchestration tools. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and translate them into agentic solutions. - Ensure the ethical, secure, and compliant deployment of AI agents in production environments. - Mentor junior automation engineers and contribute to thought leadership in agentic AI. - Demonstrate proven experience in intelligent automation, RPA, and AI/ML integration. - Possess a strong understanding of agentic AI concepts like goal-oriented agents, memory planning, and tool use. - Utilize hands-on experience with LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Azure, Anthropic) and proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and JavaScript for automation. - Familiarity with orchestration tools, vector databases, and prompt engineering. - Exhibit excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. **Additional Responsibilities:** - Showcase good verbal and written communication skills to articulate the value of AI to business stakeholders, project managers, and team members. - Ability to break down complex problems into smaller components and create hypotheses. - Encourage innovation and a culture of experimentation. - Academic background with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field. - Experience with LangChain, AutoGPT, or similar agent frameworks.
