Role Overview: You will be responsible for handling Inbound tech sales process at Adeeba e-Services. Your main task will be to provide technical assistance to customers from US, AUS, and Canada. Key Responsibilities: - Must have experience of at least 6 months to 2 years in Outbound tech support in an international BPO. - Fixed Salary with High Incentives - Fixed salary credited on the 1st of Every Month - Daily Sales Incentives - Attendance Incentives - Expect a monthly sales hike of 15% to 20% - Loyalty Bonus awarded every year Qualifications Required: - H.S/Any Grad - Shift timings available for both UK and US shifts - 6 working days with rotational off - Location: Kolkata - Sector 5 - Academic Qualification - Minimum of 10 + 2 / 10 + 3 years Diploma pass.
