The Co-Founder will oversee the strategic development and growth of the organization. Responsibilities include driving business initiatives, developing and executing marketing and sales strategies, conducting market research, fostering partnerships, and leading cross-functional teams. The Co-Founder will work closely with stakeholders to ensure business success and maintain effective communication within the organization. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills and Research abilities to assess business opportunities and support decision-making processes Proficient in Communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective stakeholder collaboration and team leadership Proven experience in Sales and Marketing to drive revenue growth and execute promotional strategies Entrepreneurial mindset with demonstrated leadership capability Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to dynamic business environments Prior experience in founding or co-founding ventures is advantageous Education or relevant experience in business management, entrepreneurship, or a related field
