Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Packaging Boy to join our team. The primary responsibility will be to ensure products are properly packed, labeled, and prepared for shipment or storage in a safe, efficient, and timely manner. Key Responsibilities: Pack goods according to company standards and product type. Label packages accurately with necessary information (e.g., product code, quantity, date). Inspect items for damage or defects before packaging. Weigh and measure packages to ensure they meet specifications. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing area. Follow safety and hygiene regulations. Assist in loading/unloading deliveries when required. Report any inventory discrepancies or damages to the supervisor. Operate basic packing equipment and tools if trained. Requirements: Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent (preferred, not mandatory). Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items. Basic understanding of packing procedures and safety guidelines. Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Ability to work independently or in a team. Work Schedule: Full-time / Part-time / Shift-based (as applicable) Weekend or overtime availability may be required.
