Job Description: Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Software Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Chennai, with a specific focus on SaaS sales strategies. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in software sales, including at least 1 year of experience managing a team. Experience in the Healthcare/Pharma sector is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities: · Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets. · Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the SaaS market to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence in Northeastern United States region. · Drive the team with critical sales strategies to target companies in specific regions and niche markets in the Lab informatics solution sector. · Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team and monitor performance against these metrics. · Identify and engage with potential clients in the lab informatics sector, understand their needs, and present appropriate software solutions. · Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends, particularly in the USA region. · Maintain a thorough understanding of our software products and services, with a focus on their application in healthcare and other related sectors. · Identify potential risks in the sales process and develop mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity. · Regularly communicate with executive leadership and stakeholders to provide updates on sales performance and strategic initiatives. · Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement. · Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with business goals. · Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. · Contribute to the development of the company's overall sales strategy and long-term business goals. Requirements: · Overall, 3-4 years of experience in software sales, with at least 1 year of managerial experience. Experience in Software sales is highly preferred. · Bachelor's degree or Masters' degree Lifesceince or a related discipline. · Excellent leadership, adaptability, critical thinking, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. · Familiarity with software solutions and the ability to understand technical concepts.
