Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in Pune. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing and leading a sales team, identifying new market opportunities, and maintaining relationships with clients. Additionally, the Sales Manager will be responsible for meeting sales targets, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications Proven experience in sales and sales management Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to identify and pursue new market opportunities Proficiency in preparing and analyzing sales reports Ability to build and maintain client relationships Knowledge of water and waste management solutions is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Willingness to travel as needed
