Carrying out a variety of engineering duties including designing, researching, and development. Must have hand on Experience on Solidworks & AutoCAD Software. Ability to capture and specify the design requirements. Maintain existing engineering records and designs. Be an effective team member, working with colleagues to ensure smooth workflow with maximum output. Plan effectively to ensure projects are delivered on time, to standard and to budget. Thinking of possible design solutions Overseeing the design process using technical expertise. Establish, implement, and manage a preventative maintenance (PM) program that meets or exceeds manufacturer recommendations and that maximizes conveyor operation time and cost effectiveness. Preparation, evaluation and finalization of concepts. Engineering calculations and selection of components Contribute to continuous improvement activities. Independently determine approach and assigned tasks. Strong problem-solving skills with high attention to detail. Knowledge of the qualities of metals and other materials. An understanding of manufacturing processes and methods. Develop and recommend changes if any for manufacturing processes. Identify and procure appropriate process equipment. Develop comprehensive scope-of-work and contract document deliverables list for each related discipline.
