• Strong After Effects skills (clean animations, typography, transitions, VFX).
• Good command over plugins: Trapcode Suite (Particular/Form), Saber, Element 3D, Optical Flares, Duik, etc.
• Ability to perfectly match references & brand style guides.
• Well-organized project files + fast revision turnaround.
• Fluent English & reliable communication (Discord/Twitter).
• Must share a motion graphics reel or 23 recent AE works.
