Job Description

Job Responsibilities – Assistant Floor Manager (Sales)

Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
Allocate and monitor daily/weekly/monthly goals.
Assist in closing high-value client deals.
Ensure excellent client servicing and query resolution.
Train team on products, market trends, and compliance.
Track performance and prepare regular reports.
Ensure all activities follow SEBI and company guidelines.
