Roles and Responsibilities

  • Acquire and manage relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) and affluent clients.
  • Drive sales of banking and investment products including liabilities, assets, insurance, and third-party offerings.
  • Conduct regular portfolio reviews and provide financial solutions aligned with client goals.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely service and personalized engagement.
  • Achieve revenue and business targets through cross-selling and upselling.
  • Maintain compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Graduate with 7 - 12 years of experience in banking or financial services, preferably in HNI relationship management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proven ability to manage large portfolios and deliver results.
  • Certifications like NISM, AMFI, or IRDA are preferred.
  • Presentable, confident, and capable of handling affluent clientele.
