We are looking for a creative, tech-savvy Video Graphic Designer & Photo Editor at Afflink with hands-on expertise in all major design tools and a strong sense of innovation. Key Responsibilities: Conceptualize, design, and edit video ads, motion graphics, and social media creatives for app promotion campaigns. Edit and enhance photos, banners, and visual assets to suit campaign needs. Work closely with marketing and media buying teams to deliver engaging creatives that drive clicks, installs, and conversions. Use AI-based tools for video enhancement, animation, or visual improvements to accelerate creative output. Think creatively and propose new ideas, ad concepts, and visual trends to improve campaign performance. Research and find trending videos, concepts, and visual ideas suitable for upcoming ad campaigns. Develop motion graphics, transitions, and effects to make video content stand out. Ensure all outputs are brand-consistent, visually appealing, and optimized for Meta, TikTok, Google, etc. Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining top-notch quality. Required Skills & Tools Expertise: • Adobe Creative Suite: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom. • Preferred Tools: DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, Canva, Figma. • Familiarity with AI tools such as Runway ML, Pika Labs, Kaiber, HeyGen, or similar. • Strong understanding of color grading, typography, visual composition, and storytelling. • Creative mindset with a passion for experimenting with new formats and trends in short-form content. • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently with creative ownership.
