Affinique Marketing Pvt. Ltd. is an organization which have been working with corporate brands in the Trade visibility and marketing space. We are looking urgently for a Trade Marketing Client Servicing & Operations Manager who would fit into our work culture in operating the current set of clients and the projects The person should be well spoken with a keen understanding of the retail marketing space and will have the following responsibilities 1. Taking project briefs from the existing clients 2. De-briefing to the designers and gets the required line drawings and designs made 3. De-briefing to the vendors and gets the required costing/ production/ implementation done 4. Coordinate with existing clients on a day to day basis and keep the clients updated on the progress of existing projects 5. Based on the brief, working out the cost break up and get the same approved by client 6. Keep paperwork up to date in terms of project trackers, submission of client POs, vendor bills etc. for raising invoices to client post project completion 7. Share project completion reports with client 8. Closure of projects with timely invoicing to client 9. Ensure quality check and timelines of all projects and align the same accordingly with vendors and clients The above responsibilities are the key points but such responsibilities may not be limited to the above Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Experience: trade marketing operations: 2 years (Required) Work Location: In person

You will be responsible for managing the operations of retail projects for various clients that the organization is collaborating with. Your tasks will include overseeing retail project productions and executions, such as retail branding (mass dealer board and in-shop branding implementation), fixture production and implementation, store implementation, and PoSM production and implementation. To excel in this role, you should possess proficiency in maintaining data using Excel and PowerPoint software. Additionally, you should have the ability to effectively communicate with clients and vendors involved in retail projects. Ideally, you should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a related field to be well-suited for this position.
