The Role You'll be the voice of our customers and the champion of our product vision. This isn't a traditional compliance role stuck in the back office—you're driving product strategy, customer success, and market expansion. You'll ensure our platform becomes indispensable to organizations navigating the complex AI governance landscape. You'll own the bridge between what customers need and what we build. What You'll Do Product Strategy & Vision Shape product roadmap based on regulatory trends and customer pain points Drive go-to-market strategy for new governance features and frameworks Conduct customer research and translate insights into product requirements Build business cases for platform enhancements and new market opportunities Customer Success & Market Leadership Lead onboarding for enterprise customers implementing AI governance programs Design and deliver governance assessment methodologies that customers actually use Serve as the trusted advisor helping customers navigate EU AI Act, NIST RMF, and ISO 42001 Develop customer case studies and success stories to drive adoption Framework Development & Validation Design risk assessment templates that balance thoroughness with usability Validate AI-generated assessments for accuracy and regulatory defensibility Build governance policy libraries that customers can customize and deploy Stay ahead of emerging regulations and ensure platform readiness Cross-Functional Leadership Work with engineering to prioritize platform features based on customer feedback Collaborate with sales to position our governance capabilities effectively Partner with marketing to create content that establishes thought leadership Guide customer support team on complex governance implementations What You Bring Experience 2+ years in AI governance, risk management, compliance, or product strategy Hands-on experience with AI governance frameworks Track record of building or implementing governance programs at scale Experience working with enterprise customers in regulated industries Technical Understanding Solid grasp of AI/ML model lifecycle and MLOps workflows Understanding of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and their AI implications Familiarity with risk assessment methodologies and audit processes Ability to evaluate AI systems for bias, fairness, and safety concerns Business Acumen Product management or strategy consulting background preferred Proven ability to translate complex regulations into business requirements Experience building business cases and driving revenue through compliance solutions Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret customer usage data Soft Skills Exceptional communication—you can explain complex governance concepts to both technical and executive audiences Customer obsession—you genuinely care about solving customer problems Strategic thinking with tactical execution ability Thrives in ambiguous, fast-moving environments Why This Role Matters AI governance professionals with multidisciplinary skills earn significantly more than single-domain specialists, with global average total compensation reaching $200,000.
