हम एक ऐसे व्यक्ति की तलाश में हैं जो हमारे YouTube चैनल के लिए Affiliate Product Research, Tagging और Performance Analysis का काम संभाल सके। यह व्यक्ति वीडियो कंटेंट के हिसाब से सही प्रोडक्ट चुनने, उन्हें affiliate डैशबोर्ड से लिंक करने, और description में आकर्षक CTA लिखने की जिम्मेदारी लेगा।

आपका मुख्य काम होगा:

हर वीडियो के लिए relevant trending products ढूंढना।

Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Impact आदि प्लेटफॉर्म से affiliate लिंक बनाना।

YouTube Studio में प्रोडक्ट को tag करना और description में जोड़ना।

प्रोडक्ट का छोटा-सा description और compelling CTA लिखना।

CTR और conversion रिपोर्ट निकालकर अगली स्ट्रैटेजी बनाना।

Responsibilities:

Trending और high-conversion प्रोडक्ट्स की रिसर्च करना।

Affiliate डैशबोर्ड्स (Amazon Associates, Flipkart आदि) को मैनेज करना।

वीडियो description में लिंक और CTA तैयार करना।

Analytics देखकर प्रोडक्ट की परफॉर्मेंस रिपोर्ट तैयार करना।

टीम के साथ मिलकर हर वीडियो के लिए revenue plan बनाना।

Required Skills:

Affiliate marketing tools और dashboard की समझ।

Google Search, Amazon, Flipkart आदि से प्रोडक्ट रिसर्च का अनुभव।

Basic SEO और YouTube Studio टैगिंग की जानकारी।

अच्छी हिंदी और अंग्रेज़ी में short copywriting करने की क्षमता।

Excel / Google Sheets में data track करना आता हो।
