Title: Manager - Affiliate Marketing Location: Full Time 5 Days Work from Office Job, Udyog Vihar Phase 4 Gurgaon Company: Fabel Services Pvt Ltd Focused Region: UK & Ireland Industry: E-commerce, B2C (Contact Lenses, Glasses, Sunglasses) Job Role: Manage and expand the affiliate marketing program to drive traffic, sales, and brand visibility. Develop and execute strategies to recruit, engage, and activate high-performing affiliates. Ensure affiliates are aligned with brand positioning, product offerings, and marketing campaigns. Identify, approach, and onboard new affiliate partners (bloggers, influencers, media publishers, coupon/cashback sites, etc.). Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key affiliates. Negotiate commission structures, incentives, and promotional opportunities. Monitor affiliate performance and analyze data to maximize ROI. Track key KPIs including conversions, revenue, traffic, and customer acquisition costs. Provide regular reports with actionable insights to drive continuous improvement. Work closely with creative, product, and tech teams to provide affiliates with compelling creative assets, tracking links, and promotional materials. Coordinate affiliate participation in seasonal campaigns, product launches, and special promotions. Ensure affiliate activities comply with company policies, brand guidelines, and legal requirements. Detect and address fraudulent activity or policy violations promptly. Ensure all marketing practices adhere to relevant regulations and standards, including GDPR compliance, while developing strategies to manage reputational risks and support long-term business growth. Desired Qualifications Bachelors degree in marketing, Business, or a related field. 10 to 15 years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in UK Based e-commerce B2C. Strong understanding of affiliate networks, tracking platforms, and analytics tools. Proven track record of scaling affiliate programs and delivering measurable results. Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills. Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics. Strong understanding of affiliate networks, platforms ( CJ Affiliate , Partnerize , ShareASale , etc.) and performance marketing tools.
