You will have an exciting and forward-looking job where you, as a playing coach, will be at the forefront of developing new digital solutions for advising our corporate customers, so we can maintain our high customer satisfaction. This task encompasses a wide range of responsibilities including digitalization in products, concepts, collaborations, and advisory tools. In other words, everything related to digitalization that can add value to our customers. As a department manager and playing coach, you will be responsible for the competence team Digital Bank, consisting of 6 skilled employees. The team is responsible for the digital aspect of our commercial products and advisory concepts. You will also be actively involved in the Bankdata collaboration, working on business clarification and building new IT solutions, in addition to close collaboration with our own IT developers. You will be part of the management team in the Business area, influencing the future direction of business operations to ensure Sydbank remains Denmark's Business Bank. You have a relevant higher education degree, preferably combined with practical experience in digital business development within the financial sector. Prior experience in working with corporates is not mandatory. Furthermore, we value your ambition and drive to achieve results, your ability to initiate and motivate, your vision for the future direction of Sydbank Business, and your strong communication skills both in writing and verbally. The Business area is physically located at Sydbank's headquarters in Peberlyk, Aabenraa, employing 40 staff members. The area includes the departments of Commercial Customers, Cash Management, Trade Finance, and Merchant Bank. Your workplace will be in the Commercial Customer department, consisting of two teams - Advisory and Professionalism, and the other team, Digital Bank, leading the digitalization efforts.
