Key Responsibilities 1. Make outbound calls to potential customers for personal loan offerings. 2. Explain product features, eligibility, interest rates, and application process. 3. Collect and verify basic customer information for eligibility checks. 4. Follow up on leads and ensure timely submission of documents. 5. Coordinate with internal teams and lending partners to ensure a smooth loan process. 6. Maintain a daily/weekly MIS of calls and conversions. 7. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for lead conversions and follow-ups. Requirements 1. Minimum 6 months 2 years of experience in telecalling/sales, preferably in the loan products. 2. Decent communication skills. (Additional regional languages are a plus.) 3. Strong, convincing, and negotiation skills. 4. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools). 5. Target-oriented with a customer-centric approach. 6. 12th Pass or Graduate in any discipline. Perks: 1. The current location is within walking distance of Sector 16 2.
