About the Role Aesa Sports is looking for passionate, energetic, and skilled coaches to lead training sessions in football, basketball, and pickleball . As a coach, you will play a key role in shaping the next generation of athletes by delivering structured, age-appropriate training sessions while fostering discipline, teamwork, and a love for the sport. Responsibilities Plan and deliver structured training sessions in the assigned sport. Monitor and evaluate player development and provide timely feedback. Create an inclusive, motivating, and safe environment for all players. Coordinate with academy management on scheduling, progress reports, and player assessments. Support academy events, matches, and promotional activities as needed. Maintain punctuality, professionalism, and consistent communication with parents/guardians. Be open to ongoing learning — coaches will receive structured training and must show the willingness and patience to learn and grow . Qualifications Proven coaching experience in football , basketball , or pickleball. Relevant certifications (AIFF D License, FIBA Coaching Course, or similar – preferred but not mandatory). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Passion for youth development and sport-based education. Ability to manage groups of children and young players effectively. Basic knowledge of injury prevention and athlete well-being .
