We are looking for a proactive and energetic Field Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves traveling to meet clients, promoting products or services, and closing sales deals in person. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Visit potential and existing customers in assigned territories to present products/services. Conduct product demonstrations and answer client queries. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through field visits, referrals, and networking. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Qualifications: Proven experience in field sales or a similar role. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Strong customer service orientation. Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory. Familiarity with CRM tools and mobile sales applications is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹41,123.80 per month Work Location: In person
