Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Services Engineer located in Hyderabad. As a Field Services Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and customer service. Daily tasks include performing maintenance and repairs on equipment, conducting routine inspections, resolving technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Qualifications Field Service and Preventive Maintenance skills Troubleshooting and Technical Support abilities Strong Customer Service skills Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Experience in the industrial sector is an advantage Relevant technical certification or degree preferred
