Job Description: Aerodart Techno Solutions is seeking a dynamic and technically sound Sales & Application Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a Mechanical Engineer with strong communication and problem-solving skills, capable of bridging the gap between technical requirements and client needs. This role involves working closely with leading clients in the Defense and Aerospace sectors, understanding their applications, and recommending suitable engineering solutions and products. Key Responsibilities: Understand customer requirements and applications in detail through discussions, meetings, and site visits. Prepare Techno-Commercial Proposals, including specifications, drawings, and pricing. Create and maintain technical documentation, application notes, and offer letters. Visit customer locations for product demonstrations, discussions, and presentations. Suggest suitable solutions and products based on technical feasibility and client needs. Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, and procurement) to ensure timely and accurate delivery. Provide post-sales technical support when required. Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders in defense and aerospace organizations. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory). Strong technical understanding of engineering products and applications. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – both written and verbal. Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Previous experience or exposure to Defense/Aerospace sector will be an added advantage. Willingness to travel for client visits and field work.
