Role Description This is a full-time onsite role for a Manager Architect, located in Bengaluru. The Manager Architect will oversee architectural design processes, lead project teams, and ensure compliance with architectural standards. The role requires conducting site evaluations, preparing design proposals, and collaborating with construction managers to ensure project success. Additional responsibilities include supervising junior architects, liaising with clients, and staying updated on industry trends and building codes. Qualifications Architectural Design, Project Management, and Team Leadership skills Experience in conducting site evaluations and preparing design proposals Proficiency in CAD, BIM, and other architectural software Excellent communication and client liaison skills In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards Ability to work onsite and manage multiple projects simultaneously Professional degree in Architecture; licensure as an architect is preferred Experience in the construction industry is a plus
