The Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, following up on leads, and providing information about the company's solar services. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining the client database, scheduling appointments, and ensuring excellent customer service. The Caller will work closely with the sales and support teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding process and address any queries or concerns from clients.
